Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you find the products Healthy Habit offers more than satisfactory. Refunds will be happily given on the purchase price of a product provided you have your original cash register receipt and valid ID.  Please review the product label or check with your healthcare provider prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Healthy Habit Health Foods for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase to receive a refund in the manner in which you paid – excluding refrigerated/perishable, special order, cosmetics, books or clearance products. (Sales on these products are final.)

 

If you do not have a receipt and the product is unopened, you may be eligible for a refund with a 25% fee deducted to cover any sale price that may have been applied.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges including, but not limited to the following: The item was purchased more than 30 days ago, the item is badly damaged or worn, or the item is an excluded product.  We cannot give credit or exchanges for empty/near empty containers of supplements, herbs, empty body-care products or any item without a receipt. Any product that is over half used, may not be returned.  In order to get a full refund, the product MUST be unopened.

 

Refunds in the Form of Store Credit

 

Open or used products MAY qualify for store credit. Store credit will depend on the amount of product consumed and may be subject to a percent deduction. It will be placed on a gift card with your number.  There is no charge to receive this, or to use the value stored on the store credit.

Special Orders

We try very hard to serve our customers and their needs.  We encourage you to let us special order products for you. A deposit may be requested when special ordering higher priced items we do not normally carry, or for items ordered in large quantity.  Sorry, we do not except returns for items we do not carry in our store.

 

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Personal Checks

We accept local checks only. If you are not local, then we will accept a money order or cashier’s check. Current phone number and address need to be written on the check. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
